All items are printed on demand with a 24-hour production lead time before dispatch. Packaging is selected based on your item size and fulfillment location to ensure maximum protection:
- Rolls & Tubes: Packed securely in strong, crush-resistant triangular or square spiral-wound postal tubes.
- Delivery Carrier: Shipped reliably via Royal Mail.

Because these items are custom-printed on demand, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are excluded once production has begun, in accordance with ecommerce regulations. Standard statutory cancellation rights apply within 14 days of delivery if unclaimed, but custom goods are generally final sale for change of mind. If your order arrives faulty, misprinted, or damaged, full consumer rights apply for a replacement or full refund. To claim, please email your photos and order number to lucian@revolucianprints.com within 30 days of receipt so we can assess the fault and arrange your resolution.

Garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only. They may vary by 2cm.
For our UK customers, please note that this brand uses a half chest measurement.
To find your child's full chest circumference, double the number shown in the table above. It is a generous UK fit, more relaxed, and wider in the chest measurements. This allows plenty of room to move, giving longer fitting clothes that grows with them. Sizes span a full six months and is designed to bridge the size tag gaps which are commonly available in most standard UK retailers.
For the best fit, we recommend taking your little one's most snazziest outfit, laying it on a flat surface, and compare its measurements to the size guide rather than relying on the age label. Work from the height measurements as these are accurate for their age.
How To Measure
- Chest: Lay a similar t-shirt flat on the ground and measure straight across the front from armpit to armpit (half-chest).
- Body Length: Place the tape at the top of the neckline/shoulder and measure straight down to the hem of the garment.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam down to the cuff.

At Revolucian Prints, we want your experience to feel simple, smooth, and worry-free. Here’s everything you need to know about processing and delivery.
Processing Times
- Our studio hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Orders are processed and packed during these hours.
- When we receive your order after the close of business, it will be processed the next working day.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after payment has been received.
- These times are our best estimate, however during busier peak periods such as Christmas, this may extend slightly as demand increases.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order,along with your customer reference and invoice. A tracking reference will be provided wherever possible, for you to follow your package on its journey.
In order to minimise delays, un-deliverable items, and additional shipping fees, please check your address details carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Times
- After carefully packaging your order, it is handed over to our loyal Posties at Royal Mail for dispatch.
- Standard UK delivery: is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery (Rest of World): is usually 5-14 business days after dispatch with International Tracked.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier/customs delays, seasonal demand, or other factors beyond control. We will endeavour to keep you as informed about your order as we can.
- In the rare instance that your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you have the right to go ahead and cancel your order. You will receive a full refund including the shipping charge you paid, which will be debited back to your payment method at checkout.

Packaging & Presentation
We take great care to ensure your orders are packaged nice and secure, so they arrive in pristine condition.
- Handmade Prints, Cards & Invitations: To prevent bending in transit, all flat paper items, invitations, and unframed prints are shipped in Manila Kraft envelopes with rigid thick card to avoid sliding around.
- Smaller items such as phone cases and stickers will additionally be bubble wrapped.
- Frames, Apparel & Merchandise: Our printed apparel lines and frames for your prints, if added at checkout, are securely packed in durable, weatherproof polymer or paper mailers, or smaller cardboard boxes for mugs and candles. These are designed to protect fabrics from the elements during delivery, and are recyclable, Eco-friendly, and acid-free.
- How items are sold: All items are sold and dispatched as individual products. For bulk orders or bundled sets (such as invitation packs), items are neatly organised and wrapped together securely within a single shipment whenever possible.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Customers who reside domestically within the United Kingdom can enjoy free delivery, for all eligible orders with a subtotal value of £50 or more.
- Orders below £50 are calculated at checkout based upon subtotal and weight, with a flat fee applied:
1.1 Small orders (e.g. individual cards, invitations & unframed prints)
- For orders between £3.50 - £11.99, a flat fee of £1.95 is applied.
1.2 Medium orders (e.g. one card or print, one hoodie or candle)
- For orders between £12 - £49.99, a flat fee of £3.95 is applied.
1.3 Large & Extra-Large orders (e.g. two t-shirts or hoodies, 4 cards, a candle, phone case, or cushion)
- For orders greater than £50.00, a flat fee of £0.00 is applied, entitling free delivery.
- We believe that our pricing system is fair, transparent, and clear to follow. With two different flat fees applied based upon weight and order value, £3.95 is standard for delivery charges and fairly balances the basket cost, while the lower £1.95 flat fee is more suitable for our customers who only need a few cards or prints (fitting into a large envelope).
Royal Mail reflects this in their shipping costs.

Orders over £30.00 qualify for our flat international shipping fee of £12.00, sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Customs & Import Fees: Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Printed-On-Demand Items (Apparel & Merch)
- Production (Fulfilment) Window: Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be printed, checked, and packaged.
- Please note this fulfilment window is an estimate, and may vary.
- Estimated Shipping Speeds: Once your custom item is completed, estimated transit timelines are as follows:
- UK Orders: 5-6 business days.
- EU Orders: 5-11 business days.
- International Orders: 10-19 business days depending on local customs processing.
- Combined Shipping Note: If your basket includes a mix of handmade studio items and printed apparel, your items will arrive in separate packages with unique tracking references.
You will not incur any unexpected postage fees for split deliveries.
EU & International Customers: Your rights
2.1 Consumer Protections:

Orders shipped outside of the UK are fully protected under international e-commerce standards, and EU consumer directives, alongside our standard store policies.
2.2: Faulty or Damaged Goods:
- EU & International customers are legally entitled to a full refund or replacement if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2.3: Delayed or Lost Orders:
- You are entitled to cancel for a full refund if your order is late to arrive, and additionally are entitled to a full refund or exchange if your order is declared "officially lost" under Royal Mail's guidelines.

2.4: Right to Cancel (Change of Mind):
- For non-customised items, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us of your intention to return by using our Returns Portal Form.
2.5: Returning Your Items:
- Once your request is reviewed and a returns address is provided, you have a further 14 days to arrange for the item/s to be posted back to us, totalling 28 days.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, alongside proof of purchase.
- For International Returns, packages must be clearly marked as ‘RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’ on the customs declaration to avoid unnecessary import taxes when arriving back in the UK.
2.6: Return Shipping Costs:
- Please note that the return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for. Change-of-mind returns strictly exclude items which are custom-made or personalised to your specifications, such as invitation packs.
2.7: Import Duties & Local Taxes:
- International shipments cross customs borders and may be subject to local import duties, tax levies, and VAT charges depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. For more information on import duties, please visit your local customs office.
Delivery Disclaimers
- Address accuracy: Please check that you have entered your shipping address & personal details carefully at checkout. Packages that are returned to sender or are otherwise deemed 'undeliverable' due to address errors, will incur excess shipping and handling fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Delays beyond our control: Revolucian Prints cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by couriers, industrial action, or customs processing. However, we will always do our absolute best to support you and help resolve any transit issues.

RETURN POLICY

- To start a return, please submit your request to us through the portal at the end of the page.
The returns address will be provided once your request is approved. Please check that you have entered your details correctly.
- At Revolucian Prints we take our customers seriously! Every piece is created with intent, purpose, and heart, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. More than this, we want you to love your product just as much as we do!
If something misses the mark and you’re not 100% satisfied, then neither are we. Rest assured, we’ll do our very best to make things right with you again.
Damages, Misprints & Defects
- From time to time our products may lose their spark (and quality) during the delivery process. If that happens, rest assured we've made the return and refund process as easy as possible.
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at: lucian@revolucianprints.com with a clear photograph showing the affected product and its issue.
- Please kindly provide your order number for speedier response times.
- As per your statutory rights covered in the Consumer Rights Act, 2015, we will offer you an exchange, full refund including the original shipping cost, or simply resend you a new replacement, free of charge.
- We will also provide you with a returns address, arranging for the faulty product to be shipped back to us. We will cover the cost of return postage.
Please note: this return window applies exclusively to delivered items. It does not include orders which have yet to arrive due to delays at customs and/or are lost in transit.
- If your order is taking a little longer than expected and you'd like to find out more information about its location, please refer to our shipping information page for guidance on lost or delayed parcels.
- In instances where your order is taking longer to arrive than agreed and as is reasonable - longer than 30 days, then customers have the right to cancel for a full refund.
In the rare occasion that a fault develops after the 30 day returns window has passed, but within 6 months of receipt, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund where applicable.
After 6 months if the product develops a fault, please note that the burden of proving that the item was faulty upon receipt, may fall upon the customer to provide appropriate evidence for us to review.
Change of Mind
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving your order. This is known as a 'cooling-off' period.
Please note that this 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-printed made-to-order merchandise, which is subject to the specific electronic cancellation restrictions detailed below.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, alongside proof of purchase.
- To do this, simply notify us of your request to return your item by filling out the above Returns Portal Form, selecting 'Change Of Mind'. You can also email us at: lucian@revolucianprints.com
- After we have received and approved your request, we will email you back with a returns address. This is usually done within 1-2 business days. You then have a further 14 daysto return the goods to us. This provides a total of 28 days from the point of ordering.
Customers, including those residing internationally, are responsible for the cost of return postage for any change-of-mind returns.
- Cancelling Before Fulfilment: Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.
- Cancelling After Fulfilment: If an order has already shipped, you must receive the parcel and return it at your own expense. Once received however, the item cost will be refunded.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund without requiring you to pay return postage.
All change-of-mind returns must be arranged directly through us.
Electronic Cancellation Requests (Cancel Contract Form):
- In accordance with online store regulations, we provide a digital cancellation mechanism.
- You may submit a formal request via the Cancel Contract Form.
- As outlined under our exceptions, because your merchandise is custom-printed to order by our third-party print partner, production begins rapidly.
- The submission of this form acts purely as a request and does not guarantee an automatic refund or cancellation.
- All submissions will be manually checked against production logs; if your custom order has already been processed or printed, the request will be excluded and denied in line with standard UK custom-goods exemptions.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
- Change-of-mind returns for personalised items cannot be accepted due to being made-to-order.
- Returns for a full refund on these items apply only when faulty, damaged, or misprinted.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
- Please double-check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or mis-typed address provided at checkout.
- If a package is returned to our studio or to our printing partner as "undeliverable"due to an address error on your part, we will contact you immediately.
- However to re-ship the item (applicable for both dispatch locations), you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping fee which covers the cost of the new postage label and/or dispatch fee.
- If you prefer a refund, we can issue a refund for the cost of the item(s), but the original shipping fee cannot be refunded as the service was already used.
Note: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded if returned due to an address error.

Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, and is issued to the payment method used at checkout.
- Processing times vary between banks, but most refunds appear within 3-10 business days after being processed.
However depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days to clear fully.
1.1 Paying with Klarna
- If you paid using Klarna, please notify their customer service team as soon as you initiate a return with us. You can do this by logging into your account on the Klarna app or website.
- Locate the purchase you wish to return and select the option to "report a return".
- This step is crucial as it pauses your payment obligation until the return is processed.
- When reporting a return to Klarna, provide them with any return tracking information as evidence. This could be a tracking number, invoice with your order number, receipt or bank statement. Klarna will use this information to monitor the status of your return.
- We will confirm the return and Klarna will then adjust or cancel your payment plan based upon the refunded amount. They will update your payment obligations immediately upon notification of the return. This will show up on your Klarna account and you should receive an email confirming this.
- Klarna may offer the option to credit your account for quicker access to funds.
- You can track the status of your return and refund through the Klarna app, ensuring transparency throughout the process. If you encounter any issues or delays, Klarna's customer support is available to assist you.
- By following these steps, you can ensure that your return and refund process with Klarna is handled efficiently and effectively.
1.2 Paying with Loyalty Points
- If you paid for your order in full or partially with loyalty points earned through our Revolucian Rewards scheme, the equivalent monetary value will be refunded. Our incentives are managed by a third party plug in, so cannot be replaced with points.
For example as you collect 2 points for every £1 spent, 20 points = £10 monetary refund.
You may prefer a voucher or shop credit instead of a cash refund. No problem! We can arrange for a voucher to be issued for you, entitling you to £10 off your next order with us.
