• All items are printed on demand and shipped worldwide with a 24 hour production lead time before dispatch.                                              
• All packaging ensures maximum protection, and is Eco-friendly by using sustainable white-label packaging. Orders are fulfilled directly from the centre local to our customers, reducing carbon emissions, and making deliveries greener, faster, and cheaper.
• Packaged securely in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve and includes spare envelopes for mailing.

• Deliveries: Tracking availability varies and is dependent upon the delivery location, product type, and shipping method selected at checkout. Generally budget shipping is untracked, and express shipping is tracked.

RETURNS POLICY

• Faulty or Damaged Items: In the rare instance that your order misses the mark, as per your rights under the Consumer Rights Act, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund if your order arrives misprinted, faulty, damaged beyond your liability – for example in transit – or arrives otherwise not as expected.  
•  Extended Fault Window: For information about your rights to a refund after the 30-day window and up to 6 months, please visit our Return Policy for full information.  
•  Change of Mind: Under distance selling regulations with online purchases for goods and services, you have a 14-day 'cooling off period'. This enables you to cancel the contract and return the item(s) due to a Change of Mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A copy of this form can be found directly on our Return Policy.  
•  Notification: Kindly notify us of your intention to return your order by either filling out the form, and/or emailing us with your invoice number to lucian@revolucianprints.com.  
•  Timeframe: The 14-day period starts the day after receipt of your order, where you have an additional 14 days to return them to us, totalling 28 days. A return address will be provided to you via your original ordering email address.  
•  Postage Costs: Please note: if you are returning your item(s) due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for organising payment for the return postage. Upon satisfactory inspection and receipt of the items, your full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.  
•  Processing Times: Processing times vary between card provider and bank, occasionally taking up to 30 days to clear fully, but are normally issued within 10 business days.
